"Super easy for our school order"
Ordered team gear through our department and, it was way easier than I expected. No stupid mix-ups, no annoying delays, none of that usual nonsense. Everything showed up right and on time, so that was damn nice.

"Solid gear that feels worth it"
I’m really happy with this order. The gear feels sturdy and well-made, and it held up fine after washing, which is always the real test for me. It’s nice buying something that actually feels like it’ll last instead of just being another quick purchase

"They do have a decent selection..."
They do have a decent selection, but it was missing a lot of the stuff I was looking for. I feel kind of stupid for trusting that they'd have more options based on how it was presented. It’s not terrible, just disappointing.

"Payment went through, but billing needs to be clearer"
Checkout itself was fine and my payment went through without any issues, but the invoice email took longer than I expected. When it finally arrived, the charges were a little confusing at first, which wasn’t ideal. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I do think they need to be more accountable about sending invoices on time and making the billing details clearer upfront.

My order showed up in good condition and the packaging seemed sturdy. The box did have a small dent on one side, maybe from getting tossed around a bit during shipping, but thankfully nothing inside was damaged. I feel like a little extra padding wouldn’t hurt, but overall I’m happy with how it arrived.

"Fast reply, no weird robot nonsense"
I had a sizing question and sent them a message, expecting it to disappear into the customer service void like usual. But weirdly enough, they got back to me fast and actually answered my exact question, not some copy-paste script cooked up in a back room somewhere. After that, the order was smooth and easy. Not saying they’ve cracked the whole online shopping code, but it kind of felt like it. I’d definitely use them again.

I wasn’t exactly thrilled about having to send a pair back, but it ended up being way less annoying than I expected. The refund came through quickly, and support got back to me fast enough that I didn’t have time to get too irritated about it...

I got my order and, i was kind of expecting something to be wrong because that’s usually how it goes for me. But everything was correct this time, the sizes matched, the items were all there, and nothing was missing. It was a simple experience, which I definitely appreciated. I’d order again.

"Honestly, the Prices Were Worth It"
I ordered from medco-athletics.com because the prices were better than most other places I looked, i don’t really get what there is to complain about. The stuff showed up as expected, and it didn’t feel cheap or low quality to me. For what I paid, I’m happy with it. If the prices stay around this range, I’d definitely order again.

"Decent overall, but kind of a hassle"
I ordered from medco-athletics.com and it was mostly fine. The product showed up looking like what I expected, so no real complaint there, but the shipping took longer than I thought it would, which was annoying.
Customer service did get back to me, just not very quickly, so I felt like I wasted energy checking for updates and following up when it should’ve been smoother. Not a terrible experience, but not amazing either. I might order again, but only if I’m not in any kind of rush...

"Kept Saying Items Were Available, But They Weren’t"
I tried ordering a few basic athletic things, and the site made it seem like I’d be able to find what I needed, but most of the sizes were out of stock or just not available once I clicked in. Frustrating when it feels like they’re promising a decent selection and then you spend all that time clicking around for nothing. The site itself looked fine, but it wasn’t very useful this time. I might check back later, but I was disappointed.

"It works, but wow is it clunky"
The site technically does what it’s supposed to do, so I’ll give it that. But it feels clunky to use. Pages take a bit too long to load, clicking around isn’t exactly smooth, and the whole experience just feels slower than it needs to be. Not unusable, but definitely annoying after a few minutes...
